I am very passionate about living out my relationship with Jesus through the Shema- learning to hear Him, love Him fully and respond in obedience- and this passion is what draws me to Shema ministries. My journey with the Lord has been one of deep transformation, as He has brought me out of trauma, darkness, addiction and a lifelong feeling of not belonging. Through His healing and deliverance He has given me a new identity and a heart for others who are on a similar journey.
Because of what I have walked through and received from God, I am committed to Shema ministries and its mission to help women encounter Jesus in a real life changing way. My heart is to walk alongside others in healing and mentorship and helping others pair in discipleship together so they feel seen, heard, loved and strengthened in their identity in Christ.

After my husband of 43 years crossed the veil to spend eternity with Jesus, I became a Widow. I was active in my church in Denver. God had arranged my life to have a purpose once he’d taken my beloved home. Then God kicked me out of my comfortable life and sent me to Grand Junction. I heard, listened and obeyed. (Shema) I wasn’t happy about it but I obeyed His Voice. He sent me to Grand Junction to start Shema Women’s Ministry. He told me Widows have a purpose in His Kingdom. They have wisdom and knowledge to share and minister to the younger women. Mentoring, coaching, encouraging and lifting them up in the knowledge of God. Keeping each other in love and community. No one should be lonely and isolated in the body of Christ. This is Shema!

My journey has been marked by seasons of abandonment, hardship, and trauma. Through it all, God’s faithfulness has never failed me. As I discovered my true identity and righteousness in Christ, He brought deep healing and restoration to places I never thought could be healed. I have also had the privilege of witnessing His supernatural physical healing in my own family, strengthening my faith in His goodness and power.

Today, my heart is to encourage women to know who they are in Christ—that they are deeply loved, fully accepted, and the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am passionate about creating authentic community where every woman feels seen, heard, valued, and loved. My prayer is that every woman who crosses my path would encounter the hope, freedom, and healing found in Jesus and walk confidently in the identity He has given her.
